In 2019 the BC Government introduced the Employer Healthcare Tax (EHT), shifting the financial responsibility for health services onto employers, placing an added burden on small businesses like ours.

 

This fee helps us manage rising costs, including EHT and paid sick days, while allowing us to provide subsidized health benefits for all permanent employees.
